The optional Yaesu CMP460A noise cancelling speaker microphone keeps up with the rugged capability of your VX6R. It features a 680 ohm electret condenser mic element and an 8 ohm speaker. Rated output is 0.5 watts. It is rated submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Size: 3 x 2.5 x 1.7 inches 0.3 Lbs.

The discontinued Yaesu CMP-460A has been replaced by the Yaesu MH-73A4B.
