![]() The Heil PR 35 features the large-diameter, high-clarity element from the PR 30 mic so popular in the live sound world. Making the PR 35 particularly attractive for use in Amateur transmitters, though, is its three-position low-end roll-off switch, which allows the operator to set the low-end roll-off point at 40 Hz (off), 60 Hz, or 120 Hz. Thus the operator can tweak the bass response for best results on the air. The PR 35 enclosure includes a soft-touch outer coating that will stay looking new for years to come, and we think this is going to be an outstanding addition to many stations throughout the world, particularly those with high-end transceivers like the Icom IC-7800 and Pro series, and the Yaesu FTdx9000 and FT-2000/950, etc. The PR 35 comes with the new SM-5 mount. This mount which screws onto the CB-1-PTT, SB-2 and PL-2T mounts (which are not included). Fitted with the industry-standard 3-pin XLR connector, the new PR 35 works with CC-1-XLR series of adapter cables (sold separately).
