The Alinco DJ-X2T covers 530 kHz to 999.995 MHz (less cellular) in a package that measures only 2.3 x 3.6 x 0.6 inches and weighs only 3.5 ounces (58 x 90 x 15 mm 85 g). The DJ-X2 has 700 memory channels (ten banks) with programmable modes AM, NFM and WFM. Other features include: backlit LCD, frequency scan, memory scan, key lock function, attenuator, battery saver function, auto power off function. The DJ-X2T may be operated in Beginner Mode or Expert Mode. The DJ-X2T has an internally fitted Lithium-ion battery or may be powered from external 4.5 VDC. An SMA external antenna jack is featured. You get four scan modes: scan preset frequencies, VFO, programmed scan limits or memory bank channels. You can even find hidden transmitters with a special new circuit. You may choose from 11 different tuning steps or use the "Auto" selection mode.

This radio comes with the EDH-27 battery charger/battery holder, ear bud, EDC-76 AC adapter and SMA flexible antenna. Use the standard SMA antenna for normal operations. An internal ferrite antenna is provided medium wave AM reception, and the headphone cable can be used as an antenna in place of the SMA antenna. The EDH-27 charger/battery holder can be fitted to the back of the radio for recharging the internal lithium ion battery, or can be used to hold three AA cells (not supplied) for longer radio play time.
