The Sony ICF-6700W worldband receiver covers AM, FM (87.5-180 MHz) and shortwave coverage from 1.6-10, 11.5-20 and 20-30 MHz. The radio has both analog and digital displays. Features include:  S-Meter, AFC, Bass & Treble, Wide/Narrow Selectivity and BFO for SSB/CW. The main tuning knob is velvet-smooth and has a fly wheel. Jacks are provided for headphones, earphone, record output and timer input. The rear panel has antenna terminals. May be operated from 110/120/220/240 VAC or six D cells.

Physical:  18 x 7.5 x 9.25 inches 12.2 Lbs. (453x184x227mm 5.5 kg).

The Sony ICF-6700L is similar but also receives longwave from 150 to 400 kHz.
