The Drake T-4B reciter is designed to be used with the R-4B receiver. It provides transceive operation on the frequency to which the receiver is tuned. Modes of operation include SSB, CW, AM and RTTY. Input power is SSB/AM 200 watts PEP and CW 200 watts.

The Drake T-4B requires the Drake AC-4 power supply. The AC-4 may be mounted inside the optional MS-4 speaker.
