The Yaesu FT-2500M is the successor to the famous FT-2400H, the industry first amateur radio transceiver designed to meet rugged U.S. military specification (MIL-SPEC 810-C) for shock and vibration. The FT-2500M is upgraded with a new front panel and control knob layout. Power output of 5, 25 or 50 watts can be selected. The large heatsink provides cooling without a fan. This 2 meter radio features 31 memories, scanning and built in CTCSS encode.
The supplied MH-27A8J hand mic includes programmable keys. This radio requires 13.8 VDC at 12 amps. (160x50x180 mm).
