3. You must mail a copy of the sales invoice to Kenwood USA Corporation at the address provided.
4. All promotion request forms must be post marked and mailed to Kenwood within 45 days of purchase.
5. All ship to addresses must be within the U.S.
6. The jacket promotion is not redeemable for cash.
