The Japan Radio Company NFG-230 is an automatic external antenna tuner that can be used with the JST-135. It covers all the HF amateur bands from 1.8 to 30.0 MHz including the WARC bands. It can handle up to 200 watts PEP.

Tuning time is typically 2 to 4 seconds. This tuner can be used with a long wire or JRC offered the following optional antennas: NAW-110 Long Wire Kit, NAW-120 Dipole Antenna Kit and NAW-130 Vehicle Whip Antenna Kit.
