VX-8R APRS Upgrade

VX-8R owners who are enthusiastic APRS users may upgrade their VX-8R to obtain APRS features included in the VX-8DR. This upgrade only includes APRS changes. The upgrade program went from July 1, 2010 to December 29, 2010. This offer has expired. This program is no longer available. This Upgrade Program was available only for radios manufactured for sale in the US, Canada and South America. The Manufacturer’s Warranty will continue from the original date of purchase (refer to Warranty Card). Upgrade parts and labor were warranted for 90 days from the return of your radio. The cost for all parts, labor, and return shipping (USA Destination Only) was $60.00.
