The Uniden Bearcat E-Scanner Software CD allows you to remotely program (conventional frequencies only) the scanner via the RS232C serial port of a Windows PC. This program does not support control of the radio. The free CD includes:

Operating systems supported include: Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP.
