The Freeplay Ranger provides AM/FM reception anywhere. The hand-powered generator provides 30 minutes of play from 30 seconds of winding. The crank handle stows away safely when not in use. Solar power cells will extend your energy duration in any light --- even totally driving the radio power in direct sunlight. The NiMH rechargeable batteries will provide up to 4 hours of continuous use. The included AC wall charger (6 VDC 100 ma) keeps the radio ready for big jobs and long run times.
