The right side features two position hinged whip.
The top panel has a compartment for 8 D cells (not supplied)
plus I/O jacks for earphone, record and 12 VDC input.
There are also terminals for VHF antenna and ground.
The ICF-8650 has a tilt bar. Has added feet to bottom.
