The Icom IC-T7H Sport is a dual band HT sized and priced like a single band radio. Only 2.25 x 4.9 x 1.2 inches it fits in the palm of your hand. The T7H is durably constructed for reliable operation you can count on in the most demanding environments. In fact, it meets MIL-STD requirements and strict environmental standards for shock and vibration (MIL 810C, D, E). The T7H features a streamlined function set. A separate CTCSS tone encoder and CTCSS tone encoder/decoder are standard (38 standard EIA tones and 12 others for even quieter standby). Full programmable band scans and all/band select memory scans provide versatile signal searching. Other refinements include:  backlit LCD, 70 memories, auto power off, auto repeater function and tone scan. Power output is up to 6 watts (typical) on 2 meters and 6 watts (typical) on 440 when operating on 13.8 VDC. Receive coverage:  118-174 and 400-470 MHz.
