Kiwa BCB Filter

This high performance Kiwa BCB Rejection Filter is designed for those who suffer from AM broadcast band interference. The filter is inserted between the antenna and the receiver. Any signal below 1.7 MHz is heavily attenuated. A short PL-259 to PL-259 coaxial jumper is included.
It is especially helpful to those who DX the lower shortwave frequencies (< 7 MHz) where spurious AM band signals appear. Input/output imp. is 50 ohms. Insertion loss at 3 MHz is -0.5 dB. 2.5" x 2.25" x 1.5"

For serious medium wave interference on shortwave add the Kiwa BCB Extension Filter for maximum 90 dB attenuation across the AM broadcast band. It must be used in conjunction with the Kiwa BCB Rejection Filter #3449 above. A short coax jumper to connect the two filters in series is supplied. The Kiwa BCB Extension Filter was Order #3788
