Gerry Dexter

I first knew of Gerry Dexter as a reader of his many shortwave radio articles and publications. He was a prolific writer and internationally respected expert in the field of radio communications monitoring. Through countless articles and books, he shared his knowledged with eager readers such as myself. In time I had the opportunity to know Gerry personally as our paths crossed many times at various radio events over the decades. We also had a professional relationship as I was given the privilege of distributing many of his titles through Universal Radio. His contributions and dedication to the radio monitoring community were truly commendable and appreciated by many.
