The Atlas Sound AP-15 is an indoor/outdoor public address speaker.
It is very efficient and can be driven by your mobile radio to provide a truly "big" sound.

The speaker comes with an adjustable metal bracket that can rotate 360º and elevate up to 130º.

Brand new, but in slightly blemished boxes.
Does not include audio cable (which would be 1/8" mini plug to bare wires in most cases).
