Daughter Board Option

The AOR 7030+ can accept a total of six IF filters. Two optional filters may be added in addition to the standard four provided. The FL124 Crystal Filter Daughter Board Option can hold a total of three filters. Two filter positions are designed to connect into the option filter slots, with the third being provided should you wish to replace one the standard filters with a higher specification filter. Please note that the FL124 holds the larger 455 kHz crystal filters and will not accomodate the small Murata and Collins filters.

The FL124 is provided in kit form. Careful assembly and soldering is required. This option must be accomplished by a qualified technician.
