The Drake SW2 is a table top receiver that covers all longwave, medium wave and shortwave frequencies. Single sideband is easily tuned with separate LSB and USB positions. When a shortwave signal does start to fade you can engage sideband selectable synchronous tuning to stabilize and improve the signal. Other refinements include: RF Gain, 100 Memories, Keypad Entry, Tuning Bar Graphs, 100 Hz LED readout and Dimmer. The back panel has provisions for external speaker (¼ inch jack), dual antenna inputs accept either a PL-259 coaxial or wire feedline. A 3.5mm mini earphone jack is located on the top of the left panel. The optional remote control lets you operate this radio from across the room.
