The Japan Radio Company CDD-48A is an internal programmable memory option for the NRD-505 receiver.
This plug-in board provides four memory channels.

To program a memory set the PRESET/MANUAL switch to MANUAL. Depress the CH switch. Set the desired frequency. Depress the MEMORY pushbutton. The frequency (only) is stored to 100 Hz.

Frequency information will be erased if the radio is unplugged, unless the optional battery is inserted. Use a 6V silver oxide cell (Sony 544, Hitachi 4G13/6V or equivalent).

NOTE: The radio should be turned off and unplugged during the installation of this option.
