The Icom IC-1201A is similar to the IC-228A but operates on the 1200 MHz band instead of 2 Meters. Power output may be selected at 10 or 1 watts. Operation is from 1240-1300 MHz. There is an AFC and RIT function and 20 memories plus a call channel. The speaker is built-in. This radio requires 6 Amps. 5.5 x 1.6 x 7.9 inches.
