Alinco EMS-14
Desk Mic

The Alinco EMS-14 desk mic is a favorite among DR-135 owners who are running their rigs in a base configuration. The electret condenser mic element is powered from the Alinco transceiver. The gooseneck may be adjusted to any angle. It features UP-DOWN tuning (on compatible Alinco transceivers). There is a switch for PTT (push to talk) and also a lock feature. There is an On The Air LED on the mic base.

On the bottom of the mic base there is a gain control adjustment. There is also a switch for FM/SSB on the bottom. The mic cable terminates to an Alinco 8 pin mic plug. Click here to view diagram. 500~100k ohm. Output 0-30mW (RMS). Power consumption: 1.5 mA RX, 2.5 mA TX.
