The Icom HM-14 electret condenser handheld microphone features a 16 key DTMF keypad.
It terminates to a conventional 8 conductor round plug.
It features Up and Down buttons. There is a slide switch to defeat the Up/Down function if desired.

Please note some production featured a hang loop (shown) and some had a button hanger.
