The Larsen KD14 2M HW is a top performing 2 meter HT antenna. It operates from 144-148 MHz. It features a collapsible, chrome radiating element, internally shorted. The sturdy Polycarbonate transformer hosing means the coil cannot flex and change frequency. The superior air wound impedance transformer provides higher Q and deeper resonance. The silver plated contact pin provides excellent electrical contact and long life. Approximately 44.5 inches extended and 11 inches collapsed. Terminates to an unskirted BNC plug.
