The Miracle Ducker TL lets you operate your new QRP HF/VHF/UHF portable transceiver with real freedom! The Ducker TL is a completely self-contained, all-band 50-inch telescoping whip antenna with integrated tuner for receiving and transmitting that mounts right on your radio. The Miracle Whip liberates your rig from coax, cables, mounts, tripods and trees, and gives you remarkable DX performance from desktop to picnic table, with no ground required. Now that's portable! Imagine - finally you can take your go-anywhere rig anywhere you go - the backyard, camping, hiking, traveling on business or vacation, or over to a friend's - and operate with total freedom. The Miracle Whip means you're on the air instantly, and working HF and V/UHF anywhere, anytime. A perfect marriage with the Yaesu FT-817 or Yaesu FT-817ND. The Miracle Whip is a truly unique design that enables you to transmit and receive all the way from 3.5 to 450 MHz. On HF, the integrated tuner will generally provide an excellent match (better than 2:1) and permit loading the antenna perfectly. On VHF, the antenna may be tuned by fine tuning the whip length in conjunction with the tuner. You can operate the Miracle Whip in different modes on VHF and UHF, such as 1/4 wave, 5/8, 3/4 or even 11/4 wavelengths, depending on frequency. This makes the Miracle Whip the only HF antenna that not only operates VHF and UHF, but does it with gain!

The Miracle Ducker TL doesn't really perform miracles, but its performance is truly remarkable. You can work a DX SSB or CW station overseas on 10, 15 or 20, check in to the local forty-meter swap net, scoot up to two meters or 440 for an autopatch or a chat with the boys, check six for openings, catch the last bit of the football game on MW, and wrap up the evening with the BBC World News - all with the same, super-portable antenna.

It's a superb SWL and scanning antenna too. Miracle Antenna's C-VAT tuning does a spectacular job on reception. Far more selective and noise-free than any active antenna, the Miracle Whip provides a tuned impedance match to your receiver's front end. The results from a removable four-foot BNC whip are eye-popping. That is right. Unlike the original Miracle Antenna, the antenna is removable so you can also use it with random wires, rubber ducks or even small dipoles.

When you want to go portable, there's no other antenna that does so much, and is so convenient. Please remember to limit your output power to 10 watts CW, 20 watts SSB PEP. The Miracle Whip (when collapsed) measures about 13 inches tall, and can be folded into a corner with the largest dimension being about 11 inch (the whip). It weighs around 9 oz.
