The Antenna Specialists APR151.3 is a 2 meter On-Glass™ mobile antenna. The unique patented design allows transmit and receive through glass. The time-Saving DUO-BOND mounting method allows no-holes installation in minutes with long-lasting holding power. Removal and cleanup just as easy. The attractive Black DURA-COAT whips complement new car styling. The antenna mounts high on the vehicle for maximum omnidirectional radiation pattern and best range.

The convenient whip is easily adjustable to vertical position and removable for car wash clearance. The self-resonant gain-type half wave design does not require a ground plane to achieve low VSWR and low radiation angle.

The APR151.3 1/2 wave antennas frequency range is 144-174 MHz with a power rating of 50 watts maximum. Instructions include a cutting chart and the antenna is tunable. VSWR is 1.5:1 or better. Gain is 3 dBd (5 dBi).

The whip is 33 inches (83.8 cm) long and the supplied RG-58U coaxial lead in is 15 foot (4.6 m). It terminates to a PL-259. The optional KAV382 can be used when reinstalling the antenna in a different vehicle.
