The Hallicrafters HT-40 amateur transmitter covers 80, 40, 20, 15, 10 and 6 meters in AM and CW modes.
RF power is 75 watts input AM/CW. The frequency may be set by a crystal or external VFO (neither supplied).

The rear panel has an SO-239 antenna jack, microphone jack, microphone gain control and T/R switch contacts.
The final is a 6DQ5 tube. Power: 105-125 VAC 50-60 Hz 175 watts

This transmitter has built in power supply and operates from 120 VAC. 13.375 x 7.235 x 8.25 inches 17 lbs.

Matches nicely with the SX-140 receiver.
