The Yaesu FT-620B is a solid-state, multi-mode 6 meter transceiver. Modes include AM, CW, LSB and USB. The output power is 20 watts SSB PEP, 20 watts CW and 8 watts AM. Coverage is divided into 8 segments: 50-50.5, 50.5-51, 51-51.5, 51.5-52, 52-52.5, 52.5-53, 53-53.5 and 53.5-54 MHz. Additionally, four fixed crystal positions are available. Features include unique analog display, noise blanker, built-in speaker, squelch, CW break-in and automatic final protection.

Operation is from 100/110/117/200/230/240 VAC or 12.5-14 VDC.
