The Wouxun KG-UV8D 2 Meter/440 MHz amateur dual bander offers sophisticated features and an economy price. It clearly has one of the largest and most impressive displays in the industry. You get 5 watts on VHF and 4 watts on UHF. Other features include:  DTMF encode/decode, priority scan, SOS function, Wide-Narrow Bandwidth (25/12.5 kHz), flashlight, voice guide (Chinese/English), and stop watch function. Frequency coverage is:  136-174 and 400-480 MHz.

The KG-UV8D comes with:  conventional flexible SMA rubber antenna, Li-ion battery pack, intelligent drop-in charger, belt clip, hand strap and printed manual. Please note that this amateur radio is not certified for commercial use.
