The Icom BC-191-12 provides rapid charging of only the BP-264 Ni-MH battery pack for the IC-T70. Never use it to charge any other battery pack. Charging time is approximately two hours. It comes with the BC-123SA AC adapter. This switching-type AC adapter has 100-240 VAC 50-60 Hz input. The BC-191 tray may also be powered from external 13.8 VDC via the optional CP-23L cigarette lighter cable or the OPC-515L DC power cord (both sold separtely).
