The Alinco DJ-191T 2 Meter HT combines a slim-line design with the most wanted features. The DJ-191T has:  large alpha display, 5 watt output, 40 memories plus call channel, 9 autodialer memories, battery saver function, cable cloning function, direct frequency entry, auto power off with tone burst, direct keypad frequency entry, monitor and low power transmit keys and time out timer. The DJ-191T also has extended receive from 135 to 174 MHz. The CTCSS encoder is built in. Comes with the wall charger, NiCad battery pack, BNC flexible rubber duck antenna, belt clip and hand strap. 2.25 x 6 x 1.2 inches (57x151x28 mm 300g). The Alinco DJ-190T was similar, but without keypad.

The Alinco DJ-491T is similar, but covers 440 MHz, instead of 2 meters. Receive is from 430 to 450 MHz and transmit is 430-450 MHz.

The DJ-191T was replaced by the DJ-195T.
