The Icom IC-T21A is a 2 meter HT that also features receive capability on the 70 cm (440 MHz) band! This facilitates full crossband duplex. It also has a backlit display and keypad. It also can put out a solid 6 watts when used on 13.5 VDC. The memory capacity of 114 channels is also impressive (100 regular, 12 scan edge, 1 call and 1 repeater). Plus it can scan at up to 33 channels per second. Tuning steps include: 5, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 kHz. RF output is 6, 4, 1.4, 1 watts or 15 mW. The IC-T21A transmits and receives from 144-148 MHz and receives only from 440-450 MHz. The Icom T21A comes with: flexible BNC antenna, belt clip, wrist strap, battery pack and BC74A battery wall charger. Size: 2.1 x 4.4 x 1.4 inches 14 oz (54x111x36mm 315g). The Icom IC-T41A is similar to the T21A, but transmits the 440 MHz band instead of 144 MHz (and receives on the 144 MHz band instead of 440 MHz). The T41A transmits and receives from 440-450 MHz and receives only from 144-148 MHz. Output at 440 MHz is 6, 4, 3, 2 watts or 15 mW.
