The Eton E1-XM is XM ready. This means you may purchase the Audiovox CNP2000 XM tuner antenna module and Audiovox CNP2000H dock at any time. The CNP2000/2000H can be moved from one E1 to another E1, or even to some other compatible electronic products. It has a 25 foot cable.

The CNP2000 contains the XM radio tuner needed to deliver XM satellite radio to a wide array of existing XM Ready products including home stereo and home theater systems, DVD players, bookshelf systems, boomboxes, clock radios, and portable audio devices that have a 'passport slot'.

Connectivity to XM Ready devices without a 'passport slot' (... such as the E1-XM) also requires the use of the CNP2000H Home Dock. The CNP2000 and CNP2000H are both shown together above. Both units can be ordered as the CNP2000 DUO.

No additional accessories or installation are required. XM reception requires a south facing view. It must be set inside a window facing the south sky. XM service activation and monthly subscription fee required (currently about $12.95 per month).
