The CC Radio SW [CSW] tunes AM, FM and shortwave bands [1711-30000 kHz]. Thanks to the built-in Twin Coil Ferrite™ AM Antenna, this radio has AM reception in the same class as the legendary CCRadio+.

The CCRadio-SW comes with a large, easy-to-read LCD display and all the adjustments necessary for excellent performance under various conditions. C. Crane provides a clear, straightforward manual to get you started. Some of its controls include:  RF Gain Control, Bandwidth Control, Bass, Treble, RF Gain Fast and Slow Tuning. Other features include: 50 Memories, mini stereo headphone jack, dial illumination, 9/10 kHz AM band tuning [switch in battery compartment], Lighted Buttons, Clock Radio with Snooze Alarm. The left panel has separate left and right stereo RCA line out jacks. The right panel has a key-light switch, Local/DX sensitivity switch and internal/external antenna switch. Operates on four "D" size batteries or four backup "AA" batteries (not included). AC Adapter (6-9 VDC [—]) and two (#4849) PAL antenna connectors are included.
