The MFJ-1048 passive (non-amplified) preselector that covers 1.6 to 33 MHz in six bands. A bypass button is featured for times when you do not wish to use the preselector function. Unlike the MFJ-1046, the MFJ-1048 can be used for receive and transmit. An RF sense transmit/receiver switch with adjustable time delay automatically bypasses your MFJ-1048 when you transmit. It also has a PTT line. SO-239 jacks are used for input and output. Black metal construction. A coaxial jumper cable to your radio will be required. 7.5 x 2.5 x 3.25 inches. One year limited mfg. warranty.
