The Antenna Specialists MON-R31 is all band base scanner antenna that mounts on a mast (mast not inclued).

This antenna is for receive only in the ranges of 25-1000 MHz. This center loaded antenna terminates to an SO-239 jack. Requires coax cable with PL259 (not included).
