The Uniden Bearcat BC-172XL 20 channel scanner covers VHF Low Band, Aircraft Band, VHF High Band and UHF. The Priority channel is checked every two seconds. Channel Lockout allows you to skip channels you don't want to hear. The Weather Search feature gives you instant access to your local NOAA weather station. Programming is easy. Just key in the desired frequency. You can see the entire frequency displayed on the backlit LCD. Scanning is at 15 channels per second.
External jacks include: Motorola jack antenna, external speaker and 12 VDC external power. 9.5 x 2.375 x 7 inches 2.3 lbs.
