The Bearcat 6 is a two-band (VHF low & VHF high) scanner boasting 6 crystal controlled channels. Crystals are not provided. This radio will scan these channels and automatically stop on a channel when a call is heard. Each channel features a red LED and an individual lock-out switch allowing you to skip channels not of interest at the time. The Bearcat 6 is housed in a deluxe wood cabinet that will match any decor. Scanning is at 20 channels per second. Operation is from 117 VAC.
