The pocket sized Sangean SR-25V analog portable radio provides reception of AM, FM (and VHF TV audio up until 02/17/09). This silver and black radio has an analog dial, red LED tune indicator and a mini earphone jack (3.5 mm). A retractable telescopic whip is used for the FM and TV bands.
Only 2.7 x 4.9 x 1.15 inches 7.5 oz. A wriststrap is included. This radio requires two AA cells (not supplied).
NOTE: Effective 02/17/09 American TV stations converted to digital signals and changed frequency.
Specialty radios that previousely received TV audio will no longer be able tune TV audio.
