The Sanyo Transworld has an analog display. The top button has buttons to select one 6 bands: LW, MW, SW1 2.3-7.3 MHz, SW2 8-22 MHz, 49m (5.95-6.2 MHz) or FM. The right side has an external antenna jack. Features include: bass and treble controls, backlit dial, fine tuning, meter, AFC On/Off, dual whip antennas and handle. The rear panel has jacks for external speaker, record output and MPX and opens to the battery compartment which can hold eight D cells (not included). This radio features the built in Sanyo AC adapter. This radio has a blemished dial, nicks in the metal grille, medium wave is slightly distorted and the band buttons are scratchy. [08/12] |
