The Kenwood TS-450SAT is a multi-mode HF transceiver with digital display, multifuntion meter and keypad entry. Other features include: RIT, XIT, attenuator, IF Shift and Notch. The rear panel has antenna and other I/O jacks. There is a handle on the right side. The case has only a few light blemishes. There is a tilt-bail on the bottom. This radio transmits, but does NOT receive. And the antenna tuner mistunes some frequencies. We replaced C104, but it still has no audio. Sold as not working, AS-IS final sale for parts. Includes the DC power cord, Kenwood up-down hand mic and original manuals. [02/08]
