This Hallicrafers S-19R Sky Buddy has four bands covering .54-1.7, 1.7-5.5, 5.5-17 and 16.5-48 MHz. With 0-100 logging scale, 0-100 bandspread, BFO, AVC On/Off. The rear panel has antenna terminals. This radio does work and is in fair condition but is sold AS-IS final sale. Circa 1939-42, uses 6 tubes. With photocopy of schematic.  [04/16]

In fair cosmetic condition. This radio lights up, but does NOT work. We believe it has an open transformer winding and bad cap. It is sold AS-IS final sale. Circa 1939-42, uses six tubes. This Hallicrafers S-119 Sky Buddy II has three bands covering .535-1.64, 2-5.5 and 5.7-16.4 MHz. The rear panel has antenna terminals and a head phone tip jack. A speaker and MW ferrite loop antenna are built-in. This radio sounds good and is in unusually good cosmetic condition. Controls and band switch are a little scratchy. There is a tube chart on the bottom. With photocopy of the Owner's Manual.  [07/10]

This Hallicrafters S-119 Sky Buddy II has three bands covering .535-1.64, 2-5.5 and 5.7-16.4 MHz. The rear panel has antenna terminals and a head phone tip jack. A speaker and MW ferrite loop antenna are built-in. This radio works, but hums of course. The top panel shows one too many crude paint jobs. Controls and band switch are scratchy. With photocopy of the Owner's Manual with specs.  [07/10]
