Amateur Transmitter
This Central Electric 100V covers the 80 to 10 meter amateur bands (3.5-4.5, 6.5-7.5, 13.5-14.5, 20.5-21.5 & 27.7-29.7 MHz). Modes are AM, CW, RTTY and SSB modes. It delivers 100 watts via a pair of 6550 finals. The accurate dial provides 1 kHz accuracy (10 feet per 1 MHz!). Supplementary panels on the left and right house adjustment controls. The rear panel has the antenna jack and other I/O jacks. The cabinet is in good shape. Although in nice physical shape, this transmitter does not work and is missing parts such as the: 544 Rectifier, Audio Limiter plug. We note a choke spliced in.
