Amateur Transmitter
This Globe 680 transmitter made by WRL Electronics of Council Bluffs, covers 80, 40, 20, 15, 10 and 6 meters. It employs a 6146 final. Power input is listed as 50 watts AM and 65 watts CW. We tested it on 40 meters only (using included crystal) and noted output of 25 watts AM and 20 watts CW. We did not have crystals to test the other bands. The rear panel has SO239 antenna jack. Only in fair condition. 14 x 8 x 8 inches 25 lbs. With photocopy of manual and 40 meter crystals. Sold as working, AS-IS final sale. Can quote shipping. S/N IG6002W. [06/17] |
